Welcome to The Cape Cod
Model Railroad Club & Museum!

Founded in 1968, the Cape Cod Model Railroad Club celebrated it's 50th Anniversary in 2018 and continues to grow as we look to build on our illustrious and unique past as we move toward our next fifty years. In August of 2014 the club was confirmed as a 503(c)3 Non-Profit Entity retroactively to June 2010 by the Internal Revenue Service.
Club activitity centers around the historic village of West Barnstable where the club's permanent HO scale (1/87) layout is located inside an authentic New Haven baggage car next to the historic West Barnstable Train Station which still sees daily trains passing on the active Mass Central Railroad. The club is also privileged to own a Delaware and Hudson Caboose that holds our new N Scale Central Massachusetts Branch with connections to both North and South Stations.
On these pages you will find information about our club, our meetings, shows we participate in, as well as information about joining and becoming a member of the Cape Cod Model Railroad Club. We look forward to seeing you, either at a show, community event, or simply stop by one Thursday Evening at the West Barnstable Village railroad station where you will find us in our restored Bradley & Sons Baggage Car, improving our layout, running trains, enjoying social company and promoting our hobby!
Check out the newly updated calendar section of our site with information about classes and upcoming meetings for Youth in Model Railroading!
